Exit Survey for 12th semester students

All 12th semester students are required, as part of the Exit Procedures, to answer the exit survey in the SIASE.

The exit survey will be valid from October 22 to December 10, 2019.

The procedure to enter is as follows:

1.- Enter the UANL website: www.uanl.mx
2.- Click on Online Services.
3.- Enter your account and password.
4.- Select the option that corresponds to the career of Surgeon and Midwife.
5.- When entering the selected option, you will find in the tabs on the left side the option of Survey Graduates, by clicking you will see the survey, as shown in the image.
6.- Answer the questions.
7.- At the end of the survey, a message appears indicating the end of the survey and thanking the participation.
8.-At the end of the survey you are asked to take a final screenshot of the survey and take it Pedagogical Support Center of the Faculty of Medicine as proof.

* The Pedagogical Support Center is located on the 2nd floor frontispiece, next to the Systems Department.
