There were 350 students graduated in this ceremony of completion of their cycle as students, and now, the new stage that follows for them is the social service. During the event the students were passing one by one for their recognition. While they were cheered by their relatives and assistant friends.

The student Alejandro Díaz González Colmenero, first place of the whole generation, gave a few words to all his classmates, the assistants, the authorities and the entire institution. "What at first seemed impossible, today is a reality," he said.

“We have been given a great responsibility, and at the same time, a great gift: to improve the lives of our patients. Let's take pride in our profession as general practitioners. The effort invested in our career was worth it, ”he added.

 During the ceremony there were two representative rondallas of the Faculty: The Rondalla Varonil and the Rondalla Femenil, who enlivened the morning with unique pieces dedicated to the work of studying medicine.

Finalmente, el Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, DM; Director de la Facultad de Medicina y Hospital Universitario “Dr. José Eleuterio González”, brindó unas palabras para todos los ya egresados, felicitando su esfuerzo y vocación. Así mismo, el Dr. med. Manuel Enrique de la O Cavazos, padrino de la generación, incitó a los graduados a trabajar cada día y seguir preparándose en el camino.

En el presidio se encontraban también el Rodrigo Enrique Elizondo Omaña, DSc; Subdirector de Estudios de Pregrado de la Licenciatura de Médico Cirujano y Partero, el Guillermo Elizondo Riojas, DSc; Secretario Académico de la Licenciatura de Médico Cirujano y Partero y el Dr. Guillermo Jacobo Baca; Secretary of Student-Affairs of the School of Medicine.
