Msc and PhD in Basic Biomedical Sciences by Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP). Post-doctorate in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology of Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. Level I member of Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI). Member of the Mexican Association of Neuroimmunoendocrinology and the Mexican Immunology Society.
