En la última década nos hemos enfocado a realizar investigación básica y clínica con la finalidad de promover y difundir información médica verídica, certera y de vanguardia. A la fecha, contamos con más de 60 artículos, de los cuales más del 60% se encuentra indizado en el catálogo del JCR y el 10% son meta-análisis realizados por nuestro equipo de investigación.

El Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) se fundó en 1984 con la intención de contribuir a impulsar la educación científica y tecnológica como elemento indispensable para la transformación de México. Esto, mediante la distinción que reciben los investigadores por producir investigación de calidad.
