El Comit\u00e9 tiene por\u00a0funciones:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Estudiar, evaluar, dictaminar y certificar la aprobaci\u00f3n o no aprobaci\u00f3n de los protocolos de investigaci\u00f3n registrados ante la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Hacer recomendaciones al Investigador Principal sobre la metodolog\u00eda de su <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">proyecto, sus objetivos, el dise\u00f1o experimental y el tama\u00f1o de la muestra.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Vigilar los derechos, los beneficios y la seguridad de los participantes en dichas investigaciones; acreditar el desempe\u00f1o de los investigadores y las investigaciones y, en caso necesario, interactuar con el Investigador Principal o responsable del proyecto.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Aclarar, en caso de alguna irregularidad en la investigaci\u00f3n, y turnar a la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Comisi\u00f3n de Honor y Justicia, de la H.
