La conformaci\u00f3n de estos Comit\u00e9s y su operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n por encima de los requerimientos nacionales e internacionales en\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><\/div><div id=\"content-page\"><div class=\"cuerpo_de_texto \"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">De acuerdo al Reglamento de la Ley General de Salud en Materia de Investigaci\u00f3n para la Salud, en su art\u00edculo 99, se\u00f1ala que en toda instituci\u00f3n de salud donde se realice investigaci\u00f3n para la salud, bajo la responsabilidad de los directores o titulares respectivos y de conformidad con las disposiciones aplicables, deber\u00e1 contar con tres Comit\u00e9s debidamente constituidos y registrados ante la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, el Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica en Investigaci\u00f3n ante la CONBIO\u00c9TICA, y el Comit\u00e9 de Investigaci\u00f3n y Comit\u00e9 de Bioseguridad ante la COFEPRIS.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Son cuatro Comit\u00e9s: <\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicina.uanl.mx\/investigacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/REGISTRO-CEI-2025.pdf\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">El Comit\u00e9 de Investigaci\u00f3n del Hospital Universitario \u201cDr. Jos\u00e9 Eleuterio Gonz\u00e1lez\u201d est\u00e1 registrado ante la Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n Contra Riesgos Sanitarios, con el No. de registro 15-CI-19-039-067. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;
