Hern\u00e1ndez, Dr. in History from the Complutense University of Madrid<\/strong>, who came to inaugurate the workshops of the Summer School of the Secretariat of Exemption and Culture of the UANL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carrying out a pleasant talk with the &quot;Pedro Garfias&quot; Reading Circle and culminating with a tour of the &quot;Dr. Angel Oscar Ulloa
