{"id":13770,"date":"2022-09-26T12:54:37","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T18:54:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.medicina.uanl.mx\/?p=13770"},"modified":"2022-09-26T13:15:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T19:15:50","slug":"festejan-un-aniversario-mas-de-la-universidad-autonoma-de-nuevo-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.medicina.uanl.mx\/en\/noticias\/facultad\/festejan-un-aniversario-mas-de-la-universidad-autonoma-de-nuevo-leon\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebration for one more Anniversary of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the morning of Friday, September 23, 2022, in the Esplanade of the Rectory Tower of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, the celebrations for the 89th Anniversary of our Maximum House of Studies were held, where the university community met as students, professors and workers from the different dependencies of the UANL, including the School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was headed by the following university authorities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Santos Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, MD;<\/strong> Rector of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benjam\u00edn Lim\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez, EngD;<\/strong> President of the Honorable Governing Board of the UANL<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rafael Garza Ibarra, BSc;<\/strong> General Secretary of the Labor Union of the UANL<\/li>\n<li><strong>Juan Paura Garc\u00eda, DBA;<\/strong> General Secretary of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jaime Arturo Castillo Elizondo, DEd;<\/strong> Academic Secretary of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis Maximum House of Studies of Nuevo Le\u00f3n officially began its work when the Schools joined to the first Chairs of Jurisprudence, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing and Obstetrics, the Normal School and the Technical Baccalaureates that in 1933 met to institutionalize the professional training of the young people of the northeast of the country that over the years have formed the great workforce that is distinguished by its effort, culture and permanent progress [\u2026] Currently our enrollment amounts to more than 215,000 students in the four educational levels: Medium Superior Level, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate and the University for Seniors\u201d mentioned <strong>Santos Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, MD;<\/strong> through an emotional message.<\/p>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-13782\" style=\"width: 100%;\" class=\"ml-slider-3-104-0 metaslider metaslider-flex metaslider-13782 ml-slider has-dots-nav ms-theme-default\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"89 aniv uanl\" data-height=\"3456\" data-width=\"5184\">\n    <div id=\"metaslider_container_13782\">\n        <div id=\"metaslider_13782\">\n            <ul class='slides'>\n                <li style=\"display: block;
