At 9:00 a.m. of this Monday, September 12, 2022, in the Psychiatry Auditorium of the School of Medicine, the Protest was held by the Student Society elected by our student community on April 8, 2022 after a participatory and democratic process.<\/p>\n

    The members of the Student Society, who on the voting ballot were entitled \"Evoluci\u00f3n Medicina\", will carry their vision for the period 2022 - 2023 and will be headed by the students Salma Arely Ruiz de la Cruz and Hilda Patricia N\u00fa\u00f1ez Mel\u00e9ndez, President and Student Counselor respectively.<\/p>\n

    In addition to professors, students and family members, the following authorities were present at the event:<\/p>\n

        The Santos Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, MD. <\/strong>recognized the effort and work carried out by the outgoing Student Society, which was chaired by Allan Omar Garza Vel\u00e1zquez as President and Cristopher Marco Guajardo Castillo as Student Counselor. He also emphasized the responsibility in different ways of the new team that took protest and to which, the majority of the student body, gave their vote of confidence.<\/p>\n
