QCB receives reaccreditation by CONAECQ
A recognition of the Clinical Chemist Biologist Degree program for the period from June 2020 to June 2025, guaranteeing the commitment to educational quality
During a virtual ceremony presided over by the Rector of our highest house of studies, Mtro. Rogelio Garza Rivera; the QFB Emilia E. Vásquez Farías, Academic Secretary of the UANL; Dr. med. Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, Director of the Faculty of Medicine and University Hospital “Dr. José Eleuterio González ”; Dr. Catarina María Pérez Berumen, Director of the National Council for Teaching and Professional Practice of Chemical Sciences AC (CONAECQ), among other assistants, received recognition for reaccreditation of the Biologist Clinical Chemist by this CONAECQ instance.
This recognition is the Bachelor of Clinical Chemistry Biologist program for the period from June 2020 to June 2025, guaranteeing the commitment to quality and the efficient and effective improvement of teaching in the area of Chemistry.
The QCB degree currently has an international accreditation by the German agency ASIIN and was included in the Register of High Performance Degree Programs for Higher Education (CENEVAL) Level 1.
In this sense, the Rector Mtro. Rogelio Garza Rivera pointed out that this achievement is an effort by all those involved, such as teachers, directors and administrators to reach these goals. Which is a work that adds to the objectives of the University and Vision 2030. Although we are in an adverse scenario due to the pandemic, work continues on these results.
For his part, Dr. med. Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, pointed this out as an act that endorses the commitment of the UANL in the teaching of Chemistry. Which guarantees to promote quality in teaching. Likewise, he congratulated the Sub-Directorate of Clinical Biologist Chemist, the Self-evaluation Committee of this degree, the teachers, students and graduates for the achievements obtained.
