El pasado 21 de agosto en el Auditorio 1 de nuestra Facultad de Medicina, se llevó a cabo la firma a la Carta de la Tierra por el Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, DM; Director de la Facultad de Medicina y Hospital Universitario “Dr. José Eleuterio González” y la Lorena Herrera Durán, BSc; Focal Point of the Earth Charter in Nuevo León.

The authorities met in the presidium:

• Rodrigo Enrique Elizondo Omaña, DSc; Vice-Principal of Undergraduate Studies of the Bachelor of Medical Surgeon-Obstetrician
  
• Sergio Salvador Fernández Delgadillo, DSc; Sustainability Secretary of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León
• Martin Mendoza Lozano, MSc; Vice-Secretary for Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of the State of Nuevo León

In the same way, the course “Training of leaders promoting sustainability” was inaugurated, which will take place in the Faculty of Medicine, with the intention that the new generations or those who are interested in obtaining more information on sustainability issues.
