Durante el evento realizado en el Teatro Universitario, la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León otorgó la Medalla “Dr. José Eleuterio González” a tres doctores destacados.

- Jesús Ancer Rodríguez, DM.
- Dr. Richard Lee Drake
The first two are former rectors of the Highest House of Studies.
Durante la ceremonia solemne, el Rogelio Guillermo Garza Rivera, MSc; Rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, dio su mensaje y entregó la medalla a los tres doctores destacados a nivel local, nacional e internacional.
This event was held within the framework of the 85th anniversary of the UANL.
