Last Friday, August 19, 2022, in the Polyvalent Auditorium of the School of Medicine, in the presence of members of the degree commissions, professors and parents, the Academic Act of the Bachelor of Chemist Clinical-Biologist 2017 - 2022 was held, with a total of 52 students.

The following authorities were present in the presidium of the event:

• Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, DM; Principal of the School of Medicine and University Hospital "Dr. José Eleuterio González"
• Paula Cordero Pérez, DSc; Vice-Principal of Undergraduate Studies of the Bachelor of Chemist Clinical-Biologist
• Jorge Martín Llaca Díaz, DEd; Academic Secretary of the Bachelor of Chemist Clinical-Biologist

As masters of ceremonies:

• Diana Guadalupe Robles Espino, DEd; Professor of the Clinical Pathology Department
• Blanca Esthela Alemán García, MEd; Coordinator of Social Service, Tutorials and Professional Practices

In the event, the names of all the students who graduated and also of those who received Honorable Mention for having passed all the subjects in the first opportunity and obtaining a final average higher than 85 points were read out. Then the first four places of the generation were mentioned, being the following:

• 1st: Zabdy Alejandro Ruiz Mancillas – 91.9565
• 2nd: Jessica Karenny Cortés Núñez – 90.9565
• 3rd: Paola Cobos Cervantes – 90.3696
• 4th: Caroline Victoria Garcia Montes – 89.8478

Before the end of the event, the Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, DM; as well as the Paula Cordero Pérez, DSc; provided an emotional and resilient message to the Chemist Clinical-Biologist graduates, inviting them to continue improving themselves, learn more about their area and raise the name of the Bachelor and the School of Medicine.
