In the field of Complementary Medicine, other techniques are evaluated to complement the well-being of patients, in addition, it encourages students to have a more active life.
During the first days of November, a sample of various positions of the Tai Chi technique, known as a martial art, was performed by Master Hu Guang Yong.
The students had a moment of relaxation during the session and understood with their own experience the effect on the body and mind of practicing the positions for a few minutes.
Other activities are carried out as part of the subject during the semester, said Dr. Laura Alvarado Leyva, professor of the subject.
