Virtual Run Víboras 5K 2021

The traditional trot of our School marked the beginning of the UH Week

Last Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 7:30 a.m., the traditional race was held 5K vipers of the Faculty of Medicine. This event was broadcast via Facebook to give the countdown and each student registered their participation virtually. This first act marks the beginning of the University Hospital Week 2021.

At the beginning of the career, in addition to Academic Coordinators, Student Association and Students, the following guests and authorities of our Faculty met:

  • Marco Antonio Hernández Guedea, DM; Vice-Principal of Hospital Assistance
  • Rodrigo Enrique Elizondo Omaña, DSc; Vice-Principal of Undergraduate Studies of the Bachelor of Medical Surgeon-Obstetrician
  • José Félix Vílchez Cavazos, DM; Vice-Principal of Continuing Education
  • Oscar Vidal Gutiérrez, DM; Technical Secretary of the University Hospital “Dr. José Eleuterio González”
  • Guillermo Jacobo Baca, DM; Secretary of Student-Affairs of the School of Medicine
  • Animation Team

At the beginning of the event, the Animation sports team provided a warm-up routine so that everyone who was registered for the race could prepare properly and safely for their run.

“I see all that spirit that the Faculty of Medicine always has, being at the foot of the canyon with or without a pandemic, and all for the sake of continuing education and being able to transform […] we hope to continue with these activities and continue virtually carrying out more activities," he said. Marco Antonio Hernández Guedea, DM; quien también felicitó a los organizadores y a los estudiantes inscritos a la carrera.
