COVID-19: Booster dose

People who have their complete vaccination schedule can receive their coronavirus booster

Vaccines against COVID-19 are working well to prevent serious illness, hospitalization, and death for millions of people around the world. However, public health experts have noted that, over time, the effectiveness of vaccines decreases, especially in certain populations such as people 65 years of age and older. The appearance of variants and subvariants highlight the importance of keeping the population protected against the coronavirus.

As we already know, after getting vaccinated against COVID-19, people can experience some side effects, including pain, redness or swelling at the injection site, tiredness, headache, muscle pain, chills, fever and nausea. Serious side effects are rare, but can occur.

Therefore, we invite the population in general to attend the application of your booster (Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Moderna) at one of the vaccination centers in your area by the Ministry of Health. Get your folio and proof of reinforcement request here.
